Shipping and delivery
Due to the global pandemic, post offices worldwide may experience significant delays in their processing and delivery of items.
We unfortunately, have no control over or insight into these delays. If knowing where your package is at all times is important to you, please choose the shipping upgrades available at checkout.
Additionally, we follow appropriate hand washing and station sanitation on a regular basis to maintain cleanliness in our workspace.
Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this not included weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.
LOVELY ROSE BOUTIQUE is not responsible for:
- Mistakes made by Canada post
- Wrong addresses given by customers
- Damage to orders by postal service
- PO box issues
- Stolen packages after delivery

Pick up orders
LOVELY ROSE BOUTIQUE does free contactless local pick ups in the Shediac, NB area. If you've chosen this option at checkout, when you receive the confirmation email stating that your order is ready for pick up, contact us HERE to arrange a pickup time, date and place. Usually pick up orders are ready within 24 to 48 hours.
Items are shipped after processing times (2-6 business days) using Canada Post. In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International Orders shipping outside of Canada & the U.S. may be subject to additional customs, duties and taxes determined by the destination country, order value and contents.
Additional customs, duties and taxes are not included in product prices and/or shipping cost. Customs, duties and taxes are the buyers responsibilities. To determine these costs please check with your country's customs office prior to purchasing. These additional fees may be required to pay before or upon delivery of your order.
Order cancellation or changes
Kindly note that our team works hard to get your order shipped as soon as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request. If your order has begun the fulfillment process it may not be cancelled. If you do require a cancellation of your order please contact us immediately HERE with your order number.
Same goes to changes to orders, it may be done if it has not been fulfilled.
Keep in mind if you've ordered a custom order or you will at some point. The processing time may be longer but we will notify you of any changes.
